Proposal to add strategic requirements to the land map

The purpose of this proposal is to add strategic requirements to the land map, thus encouraging land development and adding RP elements to the game.

Strategic Requirements for Income and Defense
Add the following to the darkon land rules.
Roads
-Roads cost 100 silver per hex, per season in maintenance. With an initial cost of 100 silver per hex. They can be built concurrently with boats, structures or settlements.
Collection of Country Income
-Countries can only collect the income from hexes that are near settlements and said settlements are connected to your capital via roads or sea trade routes. Villages would collect the income from all bordering hexes. Towns do so at a two hex radius and cities at a 3 hex radius.
-Trade routes can only connect to trade routes
Creation of Armies
-Countries can only spawn army markers from hexes near structures and said structures are connected to your capital via road or sea supply routes. Towers could spawn armies in all bordering hexes, keeps in a two hex radius and castles in a three hex radius.
-Supply routes can only connect to supply routes

Addendum
-A grace period of two seasons is given to begin/complete road production before the income and army requirements become active
